SessionKeeper Studio

See what your playtest tables tell you about the system you're testing.

Your playtesters record their sessions with the SessionKeeper app. Your playtest team sees what happened at every table, tied to the transcript.

Reviewing SessionKeeper for your company? How we handle your data

Illustration. The table, characters and game system are invented.

What you see

Where table time goes

How each session splits between combat, roleplay, exploration and overhead, and who talked how much, by seat.

Where the table got stuck

Where the table stopped to argue or look up a rule, named by the mechanic.

Moments, tied to the transcript

Moments of interest, each linked to the transcript lines where they happened.

Hypothesis checks

Ask a question about your system and get an answer with evidence from the sessions.

An assistant for your sessions

It answers only from your own sessions, and cites the ones it used.

How it works

Step 1

Playtesters record

Your playtesters record each session with the SessionKeeper app, on a phone or on the web.

Step 2

Sessions are transcribed and analyzed

Each session becomes a transcript, and the analysis points back to its lines.

Step 3

Your team reads the results

The playtest team reads results in Studio, across every table.

Nothing is public. Every page is behind your organization's sign-in.

Studio sees only sessions recorded in your organization's playtest campaigns. Any other game someone records with SessionKeeper, including your playtesters' own home games, is never visible to a studio.

  • Your sessions belong to you.
  • They are never used to train models.
  • They are never used in benchmarks or product analytics.
  • They are never shared outside your organization.
  • They are deleted when the engagement ends.
  • You can export transcripts and audio at any time.

Play SessionKeeper at home? Nothing about your campaigns is shared with any studio.

We run pilots with studios and publishers.
