SessionKeeper automatically captures and organizes everything that happens during your TTRPG & D&D sessions so you don't have to take notes. It records your game, transcribes conversations, identifies who's talking (with permission), and builds an easy-to-navigate knowledge base of your campaign's characters, locations, and storylines. We also throw in some fun extras like character portraits, fun unique achievements based on your game, and recap "podcasts" you can listen to between sessions.

Your campaign data belongs to you, period. We don't let AI companies train on your content or use your sessions to improve their models. Our privacy policy is straightforward - you can delete your data whenever you want, set how long we keep recordings, and we've put strong security measures in place to protect everything. Our subprocessor list clearly shows which companies help run our service, and we've made sure companies like Anthropic, Google Cloud AI, and OpenAI can't use your gaming sessions to train their systems.

SessionKeeper is a passion project by a solo developer who, like many of us, was terrible at taking notes during D&D games. They started by recording their sessions and feeding transcripts into ChatGPT for session summaries and notes. Over time, they kept automating more of the process, eventually building SessionKeeper as a full solution for fellow players who were sick of missing important campaign details because they were too busy having fun to write everything down.

Any player (including the DM) can hit record during a session. The app shows clear visual and audio signals that you're recording. If someone at the table doesn't have the app installed, whoever starts recording needs to get consent from everyone first. We take privacy at the gaming table seriously!

Only the people playing in your specific campaign can see your shared campaign info. We've built SessionKeeper so each campaign's data is separated from others, and players can only access campaigns they're part of. Think of it like a private Discord server, only invited members get to see what's inside.

Absolutely! SessionKeeper works on your phone (as an app) and on your computer (through our website), so you can check campaign details wherever you are, whether you're prepping for next week's session at your desk or quickly looking up an NPC name on your phone during a game. If you subscribe to one of the plans, those benefits are available on all platforms.
